Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

1.   General information

The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days is granted only to the Customer who is a Consumer. According to Article 22 (1) of the Civil Code, the consumer is any natural person who performs acts in law which are not directly related to his business or professional activity.

2.   Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The time limit for withdrawal shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire possession of goods or on which a third party - other than a forwarder - designated by the consumer comes into possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IMM DESIGN sp. z o.o., Kineskopowa 1 bud. G lok 5 05-500 Piaseczno e-mail: hello@miekkie.com, tel.: +48 696 748 793) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal time limit, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the time limit has expired.

3.  Effects of withdrawal

Upon your withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within no more than 14 days from the day of receipt of your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We shall reimburse you using the method of payment you have used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly give consent to another method of reimbursement; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

The customer is liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner exceeding the reasonable use necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functions of the goods. The customer shall bear the costs of sending back the goods which he has decided not to buy.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner exceeding the reasonable use necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functions of the goods.

The consumer's right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:

• Contract where the performance consists of a non-prefabricated product, custom-made for a consumer or intended to satisfy a consumer’s individual needs.
• Contract for the delivery of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for a subscription contract,
